Two Paths, One War
When Poland was invaded in 1939, two young lives were set on very different paths.
One was deported by cattle train to Soviet Kazakhstan. The other would serve in exile in the struggle for Poland’s freedom.
Two Paths, One War uncovers a powerful and often overlooked dimension of the Second World War—the Polish experience of deportation, endurance, and service alongside the Allies.
